SSBC provides a hybrid of an old style banger's fight gym and a new style fitness gym using the time-honored fighter's regimen as the basis for the workout. We've eliminated the intimidation and dog eat dog atmosphere of the old school while retaining its discipline, conditioning, and instruction of technical expertise in the science of the sport.

Our intention is to accommodate all levels of training, from the novice who wants a fitness program, to the seasoned amateur or professional who wants to be best prepared to meet the arduous demands of competition.
